Volcano Eruption

One of the highlights of the week was having our students erupt their homemade volcanoes. In science, we have been discussing different rapid and slow changes to the Earth. One of the rapid changes particularly discussed was a volcano. The students were all so fascinated with volcanoes they were assigned to create a model volcano at home. After creating their volcanoes we put them on display in our library for the entire school to see. Monday we erupted our volcanoes during class and the students LOVED it!!! Below are a few eruptions!
